Building plot, 300 m to the sea, 1,386 m2, Zavala, island of Hvar
This plot of land with a total area of 1,386 m2 is located only 300 m from the sea, in the construction zone of the settlement.
It is located in the small fishing village of Zavala, located on the southern side of the island of Hvar.
Almost regular in shape, measuring about 42 m x 35 m, the plot offers the possibility of simpler planning for the construction of a future building.
The infrastructure is at your fingertips. Water and its own water meter are located on the plot itself, and electricity and city sewerage are next to the plot at a distance of a few meters.
The access road is provided via an asphalted road that runs along the plot from the south and east sides.
The land is surrounded by a stone wall on two sides, the rest is surrounded by a dry wall. There are about 25 olive trees and several fig trees on the land.
Due to the slightly sloping terrain, the ground floor of the future building will offer a wonderful view of the sea. The beach and the beautiful promenade are only a few minutes’ walk away.
The size and shape of the plot provide enough space to provide more parking spaces, build a swimming pool and arrange a large garden which, due to favorable climatic conditions, can be enjoyed all year round.
The island of Hvar is known for its hospitality and numerous pebble beaches where many find peace relaxing with the scents of the Mediterranean and enjoying the crystal clear sea.
Zavala is a settlement on the island of Hvar, in the municipality of Jelsa, not far from the towns of Svete Nedjelja and Ivan Dolca. It was created as a secondary settlement of the village of Pitava, but in recent decades it has become independent, developing as a tourist destination with tourist facilities.
There are numerous vineyards in the area of the settlement, mostly on very steep hillsides. The climate for growing vines here is exactly what is needed for top quality wines.
Zavala is connected to the rest of the island by the Pitva-Zavala tunnel, which is 1,400 m long. From Zavala to Pitava, you can also take a longer route, that is, a serpentine road over the hill.
Zavala is a fairly quiet place and the traffic is safe for walking and cycling.
It abounds in natural beaches with gorgeous nature and a relaxing ambience. The abundance of wild pebble beaches, small, medium, large and hidden, gives you the choice to visit a new beach every day. The purity and transparency of the sea, which you can find nowhere else, are the characteristics of Zavala.
Opposite Zavala is Šćedro, an islet of lush vegetation of aromatic plants. Along the 26 kilometers of indented coastline, there are as many as 87 coves that mourn the turquoise clear sea of the island of Šćedro, which during the busy season is very well connected to Zavala.
Zavala is a kind of island mini-paradise, surrounded by nature, crystal clear sea and the smell of lavender and rosemary.
The distance to Jelsa is 9 km, to the Old Town and the ferry port to the city of Split is 14 km, and to Hvar 30 km.
