Located on the ground floor of a family house in a quieter part of Korčula, this apartment features a private yard, garage, and additional outdoor storage.

It is connected to the city water supply, has its own electricity meter, and its own solar power system that significantly reduces electricity costs. A septic tank is located in the garden.
The apartment includes a garage and use of the surrounding outdoor space. Part of that area is shared with neighbors for parking, which may affect the interpretation of the total usable area in terms of sale.
Distances: 1,200 m from the ferry port and gas station, within 500 m of high school, church, health center, and shops. 20 minutes’ walk to the town center, 12 minutes to the nearest beach, and about 5 km to sandy beaches in Lumbarda.
