Ytong thermal block smart 40cm and reinforced concrete slabs will be used, while Silka silicate blocks (20cm) with the addition of plasterboard and mineral wool on both sides of the wall will provide enhanced sound insulation between the apartments.

Each apartment will have its own heat pump with fan coils for cooling/heating along with underfloor heating and a solar power plant with a battery to reduce utility costs.

Conveniences such as video surveillance, temperature control, and sauna control will be accessible through the internet.

The design style is modern, yet integrated with Mediterranean colors, particularly noticeable in the courtyard where lush vegetation will provide intimacy while bathing in the pool.
