The facility is located in the popular Mavarčica bay, only 150 meters from the sea. It is located on a plot of 345 m2, the floor plan area of the building is 128 m2, and the net living area is 306.25 m2.
The building consists of 4 floors:
The first floor, or basement in nature, is a two-room apartment with 61 m2 of living space, and consists of a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, a small room for one person, a large room with a double bed and a bathroom with a toilet.
The second floor, i.e. the ground floor, is a three-room apartment with a living area of 100.63 m2. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, i.e. one room with a double bed and two rooms with a double bed and a bunk bed, a spacious living room connected to the dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a toilet, and a balcony with a view of the sea.

The entrance is from the north side of the building. All floors of the building are accessed by stairs inside the building, except for the first floor or the basement, which has a separate entrance from the north side.
Vehicle access to the building is provided from the paved access road on the north side of the plot.
There is a parking lot for 5 cars in the yard of the building, i.e. on the west side of the building.
The building is surrounded by a garden on the south and east sides, and in the garden itself there is an auxiliary building or a storage room.
The advantage of this facility is its location, proximity to the sea, view of the sea and the bay, and the size of the facility, i.e. a large number of residential units that can provide a good return on investment through tourist rentals.
Čiovo is an island in Dalmatia near the city of Trogir. With an area of slightly less than 30 km2 and a population of about 7,000 inhabitants, Čiovo is home to several settlements: Okrug Gornji, Okrug Donji, Arbanija, Slatine, Mastrinka and Žedno. In the town of Okrug Gornji on the south side of the island, Mavarčica bay is located, which is a very popular tourist center and a very beautiful bay on the island of Čiovo. It is a protected bay that overlooks the clear open sea. Čiovo is connected to the mainland by a newly built bridge, so the island itself is and the bay of Mavarčica has become well connected by road. The city of Trogir is about 10 minutes’ drive away, the airport of Split is about 15 minutes’ drive, and the city of Split is about 30 minutes’ drive by car.
