Two orchards are for sale, 15 km from Beli Manastir and about 30 km from Osijek, surrounded by beautiful nature. Orchard 1 consists of apricot plantations on the south side of Banska Kosa, about 700 m north of the Matina – Zmajevac road. The orchard contains about 2,200 apricot seedlings of several of the earliest varieties on the market that achieve a good price. The expected yield of trees in full fruit is at least 60 kg/tree. Orchard 2 is located in the central part of Banska Kosa. At the beginning of 2020, 8,800 trees were planted. In the middle of the orchard there is a flat plateau on which a well has been dug and a gator where the construction of a facility for the reception and distribution of harvested apricots is planned, as well as a possible holiday home with a view of three countries. The expected yield per tree in 2025 is 30 kg/tree, and in the following years around 70 kg/tree. Both orchards are landscaped and cultivated, and are fenced and protected with a fence and concrete pillars. In addition to the orchards, the price also includes processing machinery such as a fruit tractor, mulcher, tractor trimmer, etc. A unique investment opportunity rarely available on the market.
