INVESTMENT PROJECT, LAND PLOT FOR TOURIST PURPOSE FOR 39 VILLAS, JADRIJA, ŠIBENIK

We are selling construction land with a project of 39 villas for which two structural solutions have been developed.
For now, the first phase is in the process of obtaining a building permit for the first row of a complex of 8 houses along the existing road, which are in the process of being issued. The remaining permits can be obtained with changes to the spatial plan, which is foreseen for the 3rd quarter of 2024.
Currently, there are two project development concepts, the first more luxurious, which includes detached villas of approx. 400 m2 with a swimming pool, while the more economical variant divides the villa into 2 residential units.

The area of the city of Šibenik is one of the biggest investment potentials on the Adriatic, and Jadrija is one of the most beautiful locations for tourism with its indented beaches and facilities for a nice stay near a larger town.
