Near Jelsa, on the northern side of the island of Hvar and in Prapratna bay, there is an agricultural plot of 11.748 m2.

According to the spatial planning plan of the municipality of Jelsa, it is possible to build a building for the needs of the agricultural economy, catering and tourist services connected to the registered trade for agriculture.
