It is only a few kilometers from the Old Town, which has a large number of cafes, restaurants and other facilities. The Old Town is one of the oldest cities in the country and is under the protection of UNESCO. Near the town is the central island ferry port, from where Jadrolinija ferries operate several times a day, connecting Split and the island of Hvar. From nearby Jelsa, there is a daily catamaran connection with Brač and Split. It is 15-20 minutes by car from the place to the town of Hvar.
