The sleeping area is located on the first floor and extends through the gallery with a view of the garden and Velebit. There is an exit to the balcony from the gallery. In front of the house there is a parking lot for two vehicles with a 37m2 wooden roof. External stone walls with a height of 1.2 were built around the house, which extend to the eastern and northern sides of the plot. Next to the terrace, a space 7 m long and 30 cm wide was created for planting Mediterranean plants, while 12 40-year-old olive trees were planted on the plot.
